HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

If we have your item in stock, your order will generally be shipping with three business days, if not sooner. USPS First Class mail usually takes between 2-3 business days to arrive to your address.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We will ship your item(s) FREE OF CHARGE to domestic shipping addresses using USPS First Class mail. If you wish for faster shipping, or international shipping, please contact us for a quote.

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS?

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

If you are unhappy with your product, we’ll do everything that we can to rectify the problem. If that is not possible, your money will be refunded. Custom orders are not refundable.

HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM ORDER TAKE?

This depends on the complexity of your custom order and our workload. If you have a deadline that you need your custom order, please let us know and we’ll will let you know if we can accommodate your request. Either way, once you place a custom order, we will let you know approximately when it will be completed.
